Mar-The-Square
In March, after 25 years running fine-dining restaurant The Square, owners Nigel Platts-Martin and his business partner, chef Phil Howard, made the decision to sell up.
The Mayfair restaurant was sold to the Marlon Abela Restaurant Corporation (MARC), owner of The Greenhouse and Umu, who has since appointed Yu Sugimoto as executive chef and is planning to refurbish the site in 2017.
