Online reviews website TripAdvisor remains a hot potato in hospitality. While some have embraced it and used it to help promote their businesses, those at the end of too many scathing and, sometimes fake, reviews through the site would welcome its closure, or at least a change in its approach. Many in the latter camp have found themselves having a very public spat with reviewers when they've objected to what has been written.
This is what happened to chef Adam Handling, who, after opening his first solo venture - The Frog - in May, found himself at the receiving end of criticism. Taking umbrage with, what he thought was an unfair review, he saw red and bit back with his own scathing response.
