Nov-Le-Gavroche
French restaurant Le Gavroche has found itself under scrutiny these last couple of months after it was revealed in November that staff had been working longer than 60 hours a week on salaries of around £19,000 a year. In response, owner Michel Roux Jr said he would further reduce opening hours (like other restaurants, it switched to a five-day week in November 2015) and amend salaries.
