James Mason is now head chef of The Coach House by Michael Caines, near Barnstaple. Mason was previously of The Salutation Inn in Exeter, and was a finalist in the National Chef of the Year 2016 competition. He succeeds former head chef Tom Hine, who will now work with Michael Caines as group executive chef.
