Scott Graham, who once trained with Michelin-starred chef Tom Kerridge, has been appointed head chef at the Soughton Hall Hotel, in Flintshire. Graham began his career 15 years' ago, and in inspired by British-French cuisine.
Incidentally, the hotel property was redesigned by the same architect who restyled the famous Highclere Castle in Berkshire, used as the home of the Crawley family in the ITV series Downton Abbey.
