Simon Bishop has joined Peach as property director. He joins the pub company in the newly-created role, and brings over 20 years' experience buying and developing properties in the UK pub and leisure sectors. His previous positions include time as acquisitions director for Rank Leisure, Scottish & Newcastle Retail, and also worked for Whitbread in a similar role.
