InterContinental London – The O2 has appointed Heather Hamilton and Tim Reynolds as director of operations – rooms, and director of operations - F&B respectively. Reynolds joins from Sofitel London Gatwick, having previously worked at Guoman Thistle Hotels. Hamilton joins from the Park Plaza Group and Redefine BDL Hotels.
