David Aspin is now head chef at Linthwaite House, part of the Leeu Collection. He joins from his role as executive chef at the St Andrews three AA Rosette establishment the Rocca Bar & Grill. Aspin’s CV also includes names such as Marco Pierre White’s erstwhile three-star Oak Room, Gordon Ramsay at Royal Hospital Road, L’Escargot in Soho, and L’Ortolan in Reading. He was also head chef at Paul Heathcote’s Longridge Restaurant in Preston, Lancashire when it won a Michelin star.
