Archerfield Walled Garden has named Ross McGregor and Scott Hunter as its director of operations and head pastry chef respectively. McGregor brings experience from Harvey Nichols, Tiger Lily & the Jamie Oliver Restaurant Group, while Hunter has previously worked with top chefs across Scotland and the world, including the Roca brothers in Girona, The Caldonian Hilton, 21212, and The Scotsman Hotel in Edinburgh.
