The cult former-street food BBQ traders have opened their largest site to date with this Devonshire Square location (having closed their Soho venue) seating 80-100 people (as opposed to 40 at their previously biggest venue) plus room for 40 outside too. With a separate butchery area, an on-site beer brewery, and dishes such as whole stuff pig’s trotters, this opening will nonetheless mark a departure for the brand, as it announced it would not serve its classic pulled pork here – perhaps in a bid to distance itself from the explosion of similar dishes seen in London over the past few years.
