19 Maynard Arms
A family pub since 1851, The Maynard Arms has reopened following an extensive refurbishment. The site now features a wood-clad bar, Chesterfield sofas, velvet banquette and leather seating in its dining area with a heated terrace outside. The bold new look is accompanied by a bold new menu featuring small plates of crispy fried squid with rich roasted garlic, fragrant curry leaves and lime coriander chilli dressing; miso glazed rabbit with pickled red cabbage and a tangy tarragon and mustard dressing and Charter pie filled with chicken, ham hock, mushrooms, leeks and a tarragon cream sauce.
