Former London barrister's clerk Daniel Bear has launched his modern carvery concept Carve on London's Tooley Street. Designed to shake off the carvery's 'bad rep', the restaurant serves protein-packed 'Carve pots' made with high quality meat, fish and vegetables alongside spices, rices and roots.
