From a group of Japanese food specialists comes this new 26-seat café in the heart of London’s Soho. Specialising in poke – the Japanese-inspired Hawaiian raw sushi-style dish that is booming in popularity in the capital – it serves customisable bowls with ingredient options such as salmon, tuna, prawn, kimchi, avocado and edamame. It also offers a range of green teas by the cup, alongside matcha lattes, brownies, cakes, sundaes and soft serve ice cream.
