Nickie-Bartsch
Cambridge beer house Pint Shop has hired Nickie Bartsch as its first head of people.
She joins from a nine-year stint at Leon where she progressed from assistant manager to head of people for the chain. Her new role will focus on staff development at Pint Shop, helping people to progress from entry level to senior positions within the company.
Nickie said: "There are so many opportunities available for a long term career at Pint Shop and we want to make sure new and existing team members are aware of this and encouraged to progress.”
It is Pint Shop's first senior hire ahead of the opening of its second site in Oxford later in the year.
