Mark Rush has been appointed as the head of food innovation, a newly created position at Revolution Bars.
The role will focus on ensuring that the food offerings at both Revolution and sister-brand Revolucion de Cuba are ‘exciting and innovative’.
Mark McQuater, chief executive of Revolution Bars Group PLC, said: “As we prepare for the New Year, I am delighted to announce this substantial uplift in resources to further develop our food sales in the casual dining area of Revolution Bars Group PLC throughout 2016.”
